1. General Terms & Conditions

Sybet is an international online betting platform serving users in Bangladesh and other permitted countries. These terms are available in both English and Bengali; in the event of any conflict, the original English version shall prevail.

2. Account Register

Registration on sybet requires accurate and truthful information. Accounts created using false, incorrect, or someone else's details will be immediately cancelled, and any funds held in such accounts may be forfeited.

• Each individual may register only one account.
• Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• The mobile number and email address provided at registration must be verified.
• It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password secure.
• Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited.

3. Age Verification & Eligibility

Sybet strictly prohibits underage gaming. You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.

• Providing a false date of birth at registration will result in account cancellation.
• Sybet may request proof of age documentation at any time.
• Failure to provide documentation may result in a temporary or permanent account suspension.
• If a parent or guardian has any concerns, they are advised to contact support immediately.

4. Deposit Terms

You can deposit via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or direct bank transfer. All deposits are accepted in BDT. Funds are typically credited to your account within 2 to 5 minutes.

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500 (five hundred taka).
• No transaction fees are charged on deposits.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted – you must send funds from your own registered number only.
• If your deposit has not arrived after 1 hour, please contact support with a screenshot.
• Sybet reserves the right to reclaim any credits added to an account in error due to a technical issue.

5. Withdrawal Terms

To withdraw from sybet, you must have completed at least one deposit and passed KYC verification. Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 10 to 30 minutes.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Bonus funds can only be withdrawn after the specified wagering requirements have been met.
• The maximum withdrawal per day is BDT 200,000.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in cases of suspicious activity.
• If a withdrawal is declined, you will be informed of the reason and given the opportunity to reapply.

6. Betting Rules & Conditions

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Sybet reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Odds in live betting can change at any moment — the odds at the time your bet is confirmed are final.
• Maximum winnings may vary depending on the specific event.
• Placing coordinated bets on the same event from multiple accounts is prohibited.

7. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Sybet offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and free bets from time to time. Each offer has its own terms, which are detailed on the promotions page.

• Accepting a bonus typically requires 5x to 20x wagering.
• No individual may use the same promotional offer more than once.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be completed first.
• Sybet reserves the right to modify or discontinue any ongoing promotion at any time.
• Evidence of bonus abuse may result in account termination.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited in order to maintain a fair environment on sybet. Violations will result in immediate account closure and legal action where necessary.

• Transactions involving money laundering or illegal funds.
• Betting using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Accessing another person's account without their permission.
• Running fraudulent operations using the sybet name or brand.
• Threatening, abusive, or disrespectful behaviour toward support staff.
• Betting using match-fixing or insider information.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

Sybet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason, especially where there is evidence of a rule violation.

• An email or SMS notification is typically sent before an account is closed.
• If you have a valid balance, you will have the opportunity to withdraw before the account is closed.
• Balances may be forfeited in the event of a rule violation.
• Users may also request account closure at any time.
• Activating self-exclusion will deactivate your account for a specified period.

10. Limitation of Liability

Sybet is committed to delivering the highest quality of service; however, our liability is limited in certain circumstances.

• Sybet is not liable for any bets missed due to an internet connection failure.
• Sybet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment services.
• Users are solely responsible for the security of their own device and account.
• Sybet is not obligated to provide compensation in the event of an unexpected technical outage.
